CANitude is a service that helps people to do things they like/want to do themselves. The main goal is to develop a CAN-DO mentality and attitude. Everyone can do what they need to get done, with an expert to answer questions and with the attitude to learn.

Do Experts and Learners sign-up for different accounts?

You can use the same account for both learning and teaching. Simply switch between Learner and Expert modes within the app.

How do I find an Expert and get started?

Browse our categories or use the search function to find experts in your area of interest. Once you find someone, you can view their profile, reviews, and availability to book a session.

Can I refer others to CANitude?

Yes! We have a referral program where you can invite friends and family. Both you and your referral can earn rewards when they sign up and complete their first session.

How much does it cost to book a session?

Pricing varies by expert and service. Each expert sets their own rates, which are clearly displayed on their profile before you book.

Can I contact an Expert before booking a session?

Yes, you can send messages to experts before booking to discuss your needs and ensure they can help with your specific project.

How do I pay the Expert?

Payments are processed securely through our platform. You can use credit/debit cards or other supported payment methods. The expert receives payment after the session is completed.

How can I reset my password?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login screen, enter your email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.

As an Expert, how do I set my availability?

Go to your Expert dashboard and access the availability settings. You can set your weekly schedule, block specific dates, and manage your booking preferences.

Are there any fees to become an Expert?

Signing up as an Expert is free. CANitude takes a small service fee from completed sessions to maintain the platform.

How do I fix an error while processing a payment?

If you encounter a payment error, first verify your payment details are correct. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.

Do you send a verification email during registration?

Yes, we send a verification email to confirm your email address during registration. SMS verification may also be required for certain features.

Can Learners rate and review an Expert?

Yes, after each completed session, learners are encouraged to leave a rating and review to help other users find great experts.
